Security footage of you kicking a dogman's ass with your bare hands is a storage device with recorded footage that the player's character takes with him after resolving the dogman encounter inside the Cryo Facility using both strong and melee abilities.
Hatter, after seeing the footage, will appreciate character's martial prowess by gifting him a DMC visitor's pass without demanding any tasks to be completed first. Showing the footage also gives Player the Unstoppable legendary feat.
The footage can also be given to a guard and used to escape when forced to fight at Zom Zom's.
Note: Giving the USB stick to someone removes it from your inventory. It can only be used for one of the above options.
