A rough splint is an improvised medical utensil, used for immobilization of limbs in case of a broken bone. It can be quickly made out of any shaft long enough and a few pieces of cloth or string.

It is used, similar to the clean rags, from the player's Conditions screen, by applying it to the place with a broken bone. It then stabilizes the limb, assuring faster and less painful recovery.
