A man with more gold bangles than hair drags a scared young woman toward you, yelling out, "I've got damaged goods here, man. Needs fixing!"
Up close, you notice the bangles are fakes, and the man's pockmarked face displays a larcenous streak. He's sized you up as an agent of good. You can't really extend him the same courtesy, though.
Besides, he's got rotten breath.

Ignore the pimp, and patch his girl up. She's bleeding. There are old rags nearby.[]
The pimp can't stop talking.
You bandage up the girl, and check she's okay, but the damn pimp just keeps rabbiting. Dude's driving you to distraction. Talking ten to a dozen.
The girl remains mute, sullen-eyed, and accepting of her fate. At least she won't bleed to death now.
Motor mouth generously pays you for your services before leaving.

Tell the pimp he can keep his goods. Get somebody else to fix them. Leave.[]
Bad luck about the girl, but you're not into that scene. Get caught up in other people's troubles, and you end up dead.

Pimp doesn't miss a beat and starts on his sales pitch. Pointing out the girl's better features, like she was a tame piece of meat.
You lose interest fast. Bad idea in the first place. Except the pimp won't take "no" for an answer. Demands you pay him for the trouble and inconvenience you've caused. "Embarrassed his girl" now.
"What's the matter, man? She too ugly?"
In the end, the only way to get rid of them is to raise your weapon. The pimp's nothing but a blur as he draws a concealed knife and slashes you. He and his "goods" run off before you can react.
