The Pearson "Yukon" canvas backpack is a container class item found inside the NEO Scavenger universe. It can be equipped to the special backpack slot (upper right corner of the paper-doll).
The backpack can be used to hold many things, as the grid area inside the backpack is 10x10 space, and the pack itself takes up a smaller 6x7 space. Additional backpacks can be held in the player character's hands, meaning that player could effectively have three Yukon backpacks on hand at the same time, granting a full 300 square space inventory.
When packed into a vehicle, it provides 58 additional spaces of storage.
This item degrades at a rate of .1%/hour.
Trivia[]
- It is impossible to place a Yukon inside another Yukon backpack - if players were able to place Yukon backpacks inside each other, then players could abuse infinite grid space.
- There was a glitch in game build v0.978 where bandits, looters, and raiders could put backpacks inside of backpacks.
